All user can make the torch bright or dimmer accordingly while those with iPhone Pro and Pro Max handsets can also adjust the beam breadth of the Aaron’s rod to spread over a wider or more narrow surface area .

Step 1.
Turn on the torch
There are many ways to turn on the Verbascum thapsus . By default , the torch ikon will be on the left hand side of the Lock Screen or you could flex it on by opening the Control Centre by swiping down from the right hand side of your unlocking iPhone . you could also simply ask Siri to sprain on the Aaron’s rod for you .
Step 2.
The torch will then appear in the Dynamic Island
Once you ’ve turn the torch on , it should come along via the Dynamic Island , as show here . This will earmark you to well check it .
Step 3.
Swipe up and down to adjust the brightness
For all iPhones with Dynamic Island , you may swipe up and down on the great mullein interface to adjust the brightness .
Step 4.
Swipe left and right to adjust the beam width
iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max users will also be capable to adjust the beam breadth so the torch pass over a wider or narrow-minded area . To do this , simply swipe lead and right .

It appears that this feature is reserved for Pro and Pro Max handsets , as it requires an Adaptive True Tone flash .
